| I am 68 years old. Ran Mt. Baldy "Run to the Top" race this labor day. Mixed one packet each into 12 oz bottle of Power type drink. Stashed one half way up and started with one. Man it sure gave me a nice boost during the first 4 miles and during the final 4 miles. I also used it during my training runs just as above. |
