"I'm an NCAA Div. 1 Rower. Rowing has one of the most intense training regimes for the shortest actually competition time, about 7minutes of racing. I've tried GU and PowerGel, but the burst of caffine energy is just that a brust and it doesn't last. Since finding and using e-Gel, I have become a more effecient athlete during training.
