"I'm an NCAA Div. 1 Rower. Rowing has one of the most intense training regimes for the shortest actually competition time, about 7minutes of racing. I've tried GU and PowerGel, but the burst of caffine energy is just that a brust and it doesn't last. Since finding and using e-Gel, I have become a more effecient athlete during training. The Lactic Acid build up in my quads has not been nearly as bad during racing since I started with e-Gel either. I am allegeric to Caffine so to was great to find a product without it. " (read
