When are my buddy referral points credited to my account?

Please allow 30 days for points to show up in your account for orders placed by your referred buddies. Often they will show up much quicker, but it is a manual process that we do periodically which involves ensuring that the order was not cancelled and that it was successfully delivered. For efficiency, we typically do a large batch of referral credits every two weeks. Once a buddy is tied to your account you will receive all points, so please be patient, they will show up. If you have a new referred buddy and the credit has not shown up 30 days after the order, please contact customer service to ensure that your friend’s account was properly tied to yours.
