While I primarily use the e-Gel product, I think both e-Gel and e-Fuel are outstanding. Ultrarunning here in Texas with extreme humidity requires close attention to loss of electrolytes. I’d much rather have the energy/electrolyte combo than having to take Hammer plus a supplemental electrolye like Endurolytes or S Caps.
