E-gel works great. We were on a 100 mile ride against a 20 knot head wind and about 80 miles into it a fellow biker was down with cramps. I gave him a pack of e-gel and a bottle of water and within 10 minutes he was back riding asking me what that stuff was i gave him. It works!!!!!!! Love the web site.
